The name Eagler comes from Eagle — the English word for “Águia” — symbolizing vision, precision, and strength. The added “R” is a subtle nod to the founder's surname, Aguiar, making it both personal and meaningful.

Became an entrepreneur and co-founded Virtual Response, which grew into one of the country's leading email marketing companies, powering major e-commerce brands and generating millions in online sales.
Became CTO at Plugae and developed a middleware connecting ERPs and marketplaces, synchronizing inventory, pricing, and orders — a system still running a decade later, processing hundreds of thousands of records per hour.
Became Head of IT at A-TEAM Group, a global automotive repair company, leading the architecture and development of a system used in 14 countries — powering over $30M in revenue and 40,000+ vehicle repairs in seven years.
Founded Eagler Tech to provide global technology solutions, combining innovation, scalability, and technical excellence to support businesses worldwide.
Lived in Australia to oversee automotive repair operations and enhance the system — hands-on field experience that continues to shape both my skills and the platform's evolution.
